Booking & Stay Details

The total cost for one day stay is ₹800 per head for a group of 8 to 10 persons.
Check-in time: 9:00 AM
Check-out time: 6:00 PM the following day.
Government-issued ID proof is required for all guests during check-in.

Usage Rules

Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and decorum of the resort.
Loud music, parties, or activities causing disturbance to others are strictly prohibited.
SKS Villa Resort reserves the right to evict guests for violation of rules without refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A minimum advance payment of ₹3,000 is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours (1 day) before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of ₹5,000.
The balance amount (₹5,000) will be refunded through the original payment method.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the check-in time or no-shows.
