Booking & Stay Details

  • The total cost for one day stay is ₹800 per head for a group of 8 to 10 persons.
  • Check-in time: 9:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 6:00 PM the following day.
  • Government-issued ID proof is required for all guests during check-in.

Usage Rules

  • Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and decorum of the resort.
  • Loud music, parties, or activities causing disturbance to others are strictly prohibited.
  • SKS Villa Resort reserves the right to evict guests for violation of rules without refund.

    • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • A minimum advance payment of ₹3,000 is required to confirm the booking.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours (1 day) before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of ₹5,000.
    • The balance amount (₹5,000) will be refunded through the original payment method.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the check-in time or no-shows.
